2. Data we process
We only collect the data you provide voluntarily through the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. In addition, cookies and similar technologies may collect anonymous browsing data (pages visited, device type, language).
3. Purpose
Your data is used to: (a) send you the Portivakm newsletter; (b) maintain the security of the site; (c) obtain aggregated usage statistics. It is not used to build profiles or to make automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent, given when accepting this policy during form submission. You can withdraw such consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
5. Retention
Data is kept while the subscription is active and up to 24 months after unsubscription, for statistical and legal traceability purposes, after which it is securely deleted.
